Blessings and Peace to you on your Fall Sadhana Dr. Will. Thank you for the video on the Dabbawalas! I learned something new today. The KISS method never goes out of style or at least should not.

Excellent article today and especially the part of making sure the vaccines (of any kind) are drawn up in front of the pet parent in the exam room. Ask to see the vaccine stickers on the vaccine vials to make sure you are not getting the NXT vaccine and that they are not making an error and giving DA2PP when it should be Rabies for example. I have seen too many errors happen bc people are not paying attention to the task at hand. And always make sure to get INFORMED CONSENT.

Pesticides and Insecticides (that damn Glyphosate and Paraquat) are also detrimental to us and our pets (flea/tick preventatives) along with the sacred bee population. Without bees, famines will be inevitable unfortunately.

Thanks for the heads up on the Homeopathy course! So excited and will check it out:}.

You are truly a gift to all of us and we thank you with all our hearts. Stay safe, healthy and happy Dr. Will.

Hello! Love your newsletter! I have been feeding primarily raw to my cats and dogs for over 2 decades. I mainly use human grade organic meat of all varieties (including chicken). I did not stop with the chicken during the Bird Flu scare and I'm in Washington state.

I ask, why don't they readily sell rodents as a food source for cats and dogs?? My cats' favorite dish is a fresh caught rat. I am vegan, by the way, but fix those in my care from scratch twice daily.

Oh, you need to visit Hare Today: all sorts of whole prey frozen foods. And bravo for seeing through the raw scare tactics.

As a fellow holistic Vet, the mRNA technology will NOT be used by me! I have never received such a vaccine and can see no reason I would consider their use in practice. I have a hard time giving any vaccines at all these days, but am pressured by the boss. Rabies has been an extremely rare vaccine in my hand for 20 of my 28 years in practice. I saw the horrible adverse reactions enough times to start warning folks against. I wish I could find more history on vaccines like Dr Suzanne Humphries has done for the human vaccines. Any chance you have seen or heard of links to the history on Distemper, Parvovirus, etc vaccines?

Thank you for all you do Dr Will. I wish I had the energy to do the intro Pitcairn course this year. I just have too much on my plate right now as I have started as a Chair for the AHVMA this year. I wish I could fit it all in!!!

Good for you, Corinne, sorry I’m seeing this so late. Was on sabbatical until very recently. I’d love to read more about the history of our vaccines, but what I’ve heard repeatedly is that the “old timer vets” knew to minimize the shots. They fully expected on MLV vaccine to be all that was needed for life. That’s what was taught to them. How far we’ve come (in the wrong direction) since. Annual vaccines? Pure profit, zero science.

Thank you Dr. Falconer for sharing the paper on pollinators in Greece. A fascinating read.

I make my cat’s raw food and I have no plans to stop feeding them this way since they are extremely healthy and I believe this is how they are intended to be fed. When I have had country stray cats show up

and put out generic kibble they often eat very little of it and prefer to hunt bugs, birds and squirrels. I do not believe cats are getting a bird flu from raw food. And I don’t take them to the vet unless I absolutely have to. I have had several animals injured from vet intervention and medications. Like with people, when this happens you have to deal with the cost to fix the issue if it can be fixed. I have found commercial pet food for dogs to be just as toxic and disease promoting. My next dog will be eating a raw, homemade diet as well. Find a butcher and buy in bulk. freeze the food in batches and the cost is on par with commercial

food plus the benefit of less medical expenses.

Right on, Alice. The investment in raw is well offset by less illness and less vet bills.

A fact not many people mention in regards to bee loss is that not allowing bees to make their own foundation and providing them with up-scaled comb (usually, plastic, to boot) so that the honey cells are larger, also results in unnaturally large bees. These bees are unable to fit into medicinal flowers and their exoskeletons have larger gaps where the mites can attach.

Also feeding sugar instead of letting the bees keep their honey, and moving them around continually are stressors

Wow, I get the moving around stress (cross country on semis? c’mon!), but the rest is news.

When Yahoo groups existed, I was on a natural beekeeping list, led by legendary bee-keeper Dee Lusby. We've had feral bees in our yard for years, and I wanted to know how to assist them. Dee is an evangelist for natural-sized bees and advocates beekeepers progressively downsize their bees with decreasing cell sizes until the bees are left to build their own, right-sized comb. Coupled with feeding bees correctly, she finds most problems disappear. It was a fascinating group.

Cara - is it true that bees are sensitive to EMFs?

Some friends had a queen die. When I suggested they not have their cell phones nearby while tending the bees, they were dismissive.

Another beekeeper told me it was a lie and besides, she loved taking photos of her bees.

Laura,

I don't recall the group's discussing it, but it makes sense they'd be affected! I see there is an article:
