I'm forwarding the portion about cats and cancer to my partner who feels like we're abusing our cats whenever their food bowl is empty. Every meow is a pitiful cry for sustenance to him, instead of a request for some attention, which is much more likely 🙄. He is a junk food addict himself, so he projects his desperation for "food" onto our critters, sadly. Hopefully seeing someone else explain the way carnivores are supposed to eat will allow it to sink in finally...

You mentioned in your next couple issues you will be covering bringing an unvaccinated puppy home, about it being with/around its vaccinated littermates etc. The problem is I am picking up a puppy in a week and a half. I am doing your course right now on nosodes, tautodes, and titers. I also have the Hahnemann laboratories Vital Animal NT Kit that I purchased from you previously. I am worried that IF I can talk the breeder out of vaccinating my puppy will it be too much for her immune system to be with all those vaccinated puppies for 4 full days before I can pick her up? Because I read in your literature that exposure is supposed to be for like 5 minutes in a high traffic area only once a week. Any and all information you can give me in this whole area would be so appreciated! Thank you in advance!
No worries, Denise. Please do ask that your pup NOT be vac’d. You can assure the breeder you’ll take full responsibility for any outcome of that request (which will only be good outcomes, but you don’t have to reveal that part).
Short answer: exposure to a modified live virus by nose or mouth won’t cause your pup to get sick. It’s entirely different than be injected. And odds are, Mom’s immunity is still very present in your pup (in fact, most of those vac’d next to your pup will fail to develop immunity from the vax bc of this very reason). Carry on, your pup will be fine, and grateful for the chance to start out life healthier than her littermates!

I’d ask her to pass on that, deworming is not needed (though routinely done) and you’ll avoid the chances of some other vaccine push that might take place at the vet’s. I’d like to take her to my vet after she’s home instead of this visit you’ve proposed. I don’t want her getting any treatments without being able to research them and run them by my vet.
There's an old, but very gross joke in oncology circles. It goes, do you know why they nail the coffin closed on cancer patients? It's so the onc can't bill Medicare for another round of chemo. It's a literal cash cow for them as well as other infusions.
I will decide on a subscription based on what I read in future posts. I liked what I read today but, I've found it takes following for a while is a better way to decide what to do. Thank you for this post !
