Always, good information. Have a questions Doc.... so many animals in shelters and would rather adopt a rescue than buy from a breeder. Knowing they are "fixed" (LOL) and giving vaccines any advice on how to proceed?
We have had two and gone the more natural route (well except for rabies which we would do now) by getting titers but anything else you can recommend??
The triad of best prevention is a raw diet, poison avoidance (fleas and heartworm), and minimal vaccination (if needed at all, as in rabies). A dog mom I know recently contacted me about a mammary tumor she found on her 10 year old Newfie who is raw fed and had an ovary sparing spay years ago. The dog went to a (bonafide) Integrative vet who injected ozonated glycerin around the tumor. She instructed the dog mom (a doctor herself) to continue the injections every 3 weeks. The tumor is now a fraction of its original size. This treatment is based on the work of Jim Bridges, DVM.

I did a bit of research myself of WHO owns these kibble companies which might shine some light on WHY kibble is so terrible for our pets.
I have been reading numerous comments on several dog groups that unknowingly bought the new mrna rabies s.... this year. It seems a lot of pets are suffering with paralysis or seizures, or worse within hours, days or weeks of the mrna rabies s.... This mrna rabies s.... must be avoided at all costs to save your pet from suffering or worst. Bill Gates recorded in meetings saying this will reduce the pet population. Bill Gates said clearly he wants to get rid of pets and this is an easy way to do it as those uninformed will buy the annual rabies s... and the allopathic vets are not warning pet owners about the severe risks, not to mention shedding, which is very real and proven. I did not get the toxic clot cv s... I do not want any pet shedding mrna in the house. But fortunately I did read Dr Bryan Ardis book and he clearly shows the scientific studies of what is in the s... And what we can do to easily and affordably protect ourselves around the people that are uninformed and got the toxic clot s... Dr Ardis has protocols for those that unfortunately got the s... and so much info that really can't find many that really learned all that is in it and has figured out how to protect ourselves from the shedders. It has been working for me, I was dealing with a chronic virus for many years that I could not get rid of, the prescriptions were terrible so I stopped using. Then I followed Dr Ardis affordable easy protocol and it worked within several days. I am so happy for all the research Dr Ardis did to help so many. It was the best $10 w free ship for his book. A savior for me and gives me hope that I can protect myself from getting sick from the shedders, humans or pets around me. My own pets will never get the mrna .... none.
Hmmm, sounds like a tribute. The saRNA isn’t yet out on the US market. And the old version of rabies vaccine is known to produce rabies like symptoms in those vaccinated. Nothing yet known about the NXT side effects to my knowledge.
oh i was under the impression mRNA rabies was out already. Have been avoiding touching my neighbor’s 6 cats that live in my yard (people dump them so he feeds them and vaccinates/neuters them) —thought they might shed something and I didn’t want to pass it to my indoor cat!
I have been feeding all my three cats raw but one of them has been overweight, doesn’t matter how little food I give her. This came after neutering, slowly putting on more weight. Now she is 13 yo and seems like she has got arthrosis. I am a homeopath, have been trying giving her different remedies, hired other homeopaths too but nothing helps. Vet wants to give her a shot per week and then once a month that will stop her arthrosis. Can’t remember the name though… but does anyone have any advice to where to go from here? (We do take regular walks every day) Thanks!!
I'm so sorry you had to deal with such abuse around your old dog. It's not unheard of for older dogs to be challenged digesting raw and doing better on cooked. The "digestive fire" can burn low in the old guys.
You did fine and now you still get to enjoy the benefits of raw in your youngster. Thanks for bringing this up, Jack.
Why do we need data to show that dogs and cats can eat actual meat throughout their lifetime?
I do not need a study showing a P<.05 that dogs and cats do better eating more like how their cousins in the wild eat.
